Hello:

Just bought this unit about a week ago. Went to a motorsports place to pick up some oil that the previous owner had told me he used. $30/gallon for Mineral.

Where from and what kind of oil are you guys using? Surely there's got to be something cheaper out there..... Suggesions?

Any other tips for a new owner? Thanks!

You can't swing a dead cat without hitting a oil thread here. Just look around, and you will find your answer... but... Seadoo's use expensive oil.

Haha! I wish I was paying $30 bucks a gallon. (seadoo synthetic= $55 dollars a gallon)

OK... I've had a good nights rest, and some coffee, so I'll give you the sort answer.

A seadoo needs API-TC oil, and you can use any brand you want as long as it meets that requirement.

NEVER use TC-w3 oil, and never mix oil brands.
