oil to gas ratio

I have a 1997 gti that has to take pre mixed fuel, I was told by the seller to use a 32/1 ratio and had a mechanic tell me I should run 50/1. Help me out please!!!!

I run a 32:1 mix on all my 2-stoke engines, so I would say run the same for your craft... Carry an extra set of plugs with you along with a wrench, just in case...

40:1 is the WOT output of the oil system.
