Depends on how fast you want to get to the lake. I try to keep it under 160mph.

Some other things you will want the be aware of, as important as speed.

Remember your vehicle with the trailer is approximately twice a long as before, so you will need to allow more room when passing, you are also carrying more weight so allow more space for braking. Also you will need to make your turns a little wider.

You're only carrying less than 1000lbs. so you won't notice alot of difference.

I have exceeded 70MPH many times. That said, I have a high speed trailer, (taller tires with larger hubs).
That said, when I go over 70MPH, my fuel guage goes down very fast...
 
I pull a four place enclosed sled trailer loaded at about 75 down the interstate every weekend in the winter. Depends on how well you maintain your trailer (grease hubs etc...) and how much fuel you want to put in the truck. ;)
