Inside hull vent pipes

Hi again,..
As this forum is full of all the answers, I would like to make the most of a good thing and ask another question.
Under the front hood of my seadoo 951 di (having removed the storage box) there is a vent hole just next to the fuel filler inlet pipe. I know that this is where the large vent pipe fits into,... but where does the other end of the pipe lie ? Does it just lie along the top of the fuel tank reaching towards the engine bay ? There doesn't seem to be anything to connect the other end of this breather pipe to.....?

Thanks,

Jonny
( great forum !! )

It should just be down in the bottom of the hull.

While you are riding... the top is in a light vacuum, so it will draw fumes out of the bilge. AND... since gasoline fumes are heavier than air... the opening of the hose just needs to be as low as possible.
