2000 GTI hose

black hose was off and I think it goes on top of oil tank. Is this correct (yellow circle) other end of hose in other pic leads out the side. Also does anyone know what the vent tube is for? Does it need to be connect? Thank you!

Nothing attaches to the oil tank check valve. The hose coming from side of hull is usually found in rear of ski and is a battery vent hose. Not used on AGM batteries.

thank you! the bigger vent hose is in the front of ski and the battery is in the rear
