Identify my Sea-doo!

Information pulled from the motor:

Rotax - made in Austria
913 270/275 -|F|- 1607

(the F above is in an oval)


That is all the information I could find on the entire rig! All of my decals were stripped by the previous owner, but I'd like to find out what I really have on my hands and will most likely end up becoming a premium member here if I start to get into my doo!

Look at the Hull ID number on the rear of the ski. Last 2 are the year. Post those and a pic and maybe we can help.

Sounds like the part number is from a head off a 587. Is the engine white or yellow?

I am gonna guess that its a yellow 587. Yellow was used from 88 to 91. Which would make it these options. 1988-1991 SP 1990-1991 GT 1991 SPI 1991 XP

I have searched the forums (through the search function), but I cannot seem to find any special information on winterizing my seadoo. I would appreciate any information you could provide me on the topic.
