I think this is a safety issue

Last time I checked I don't think you are supposed to have 12 people on a speedster this small, infact I don't even know if you should have that many people on a party barge. I could be wrong.

My guess is that guy would be arrested in Florida if caught with that many people and the fact that most were children would get this guy a major slap-down.

Must be crossing the Rio Grande!

Wow!...I guess that answer the previous questions about how many people can fit in a Challenger?!!...Wonder how many people would they have if they had a 230???...It might look like the Staten Island ferry!!

Kind of feel bad for the kids, when you hear about things like this on the news it usual ends poorly. The boat has so much weight it is leaning to the right.

My friend from Cambodia told me, when he found out that my Utopia holds only 8 people, that if we were in Cambodia we would build a deck so there would be a second level, and carry at least 20 people.

That is insane. I used to have a Yamaha Rhino and we went out on it 4 wheeling a lot. You would see idiots piled 4 and 5 on a regular 4 wheeler. It's insane and then people get mad when something happens and gets hurt or killed. It ruins the fun for the responsible ones.

Here's my take...

-They're morning commuters doin' that Ride Share thing...
-75' behind them is a 2 person tube with 8 people on it, they lost in rock/paper/scissors for a "seat" on the boat...
-It's a college challenge thing and phone booths and elevators were already done so some bright bulb in that pack said, "Let's try my dad's boat!"...

...that's all I got...
