After removing my intake grate and ride shoe I found that I need to do a repair job on the hull. It is on the edge of the intake side of the hull with thin hair like lines running down towards the tunnel. Any suggestions on how to properly repair this.

If its down to the glass you need to grind it down> Grind it a couple of inches around the whole wound> You need Fiberglass resin and and mat. Fill in and grind smooth.

Thats nothing. Gel cote repair kit will fix that. Search for gel cote repair for lots of tips and threads. Sand it down, fill it in, wait for it to dry. Sand and then buff out. $50 will fix it. Gelcote.com will have the sea doo yellow to match.

Then head to west marine or bass pro and find a universal gel cote repair kit for $20 and get busy.

Thanks for the help. Will have to wait on repairs, have honey do's to get finished before I leave for work Wed. Be gone for 2 weeks and as soon as I get back I leave for the R5 Water-X races at Lake Dallas. Will do repairs after that. Will send pics.
