How much oil from "fill" to "full" on dipstick?

I'm the real dipstick here!

Despite warnings it appears I overfilled the boat with a touch too much oil (I guess the extractor I use doesn't have very accurate measurements...).

Anyways: I'm just a touch above the "Full" line.

Before I take her into the water this weekend I want to extract some. But how much oil is there between the low end and high end of the dipstick?

Excellent. And last question; it seems the back side of the dipstick shows oil going up the tube. The front: shows it right between the lines. I'm guessing some oil trickles up the dipstick tube?
