Hi my names Brandon. I'm from North Dakota. I'm a big car guy, I own an 08 subaru sti and I also race my 2000 impreza 2.5rs rally car. Lately I've taken an interest in my 2008 sea doo rxpx. I really want to start modding it so look forward to hearing all of your guys opinions and info about mods! I know nothing about PWCs so yes I'm a newbie when it comes to these :) thanks!

08 Has a super charger that has ceramic washers. These need replaced NOW no matter how many or how few hours there are on the ski/engine. When you do so, I strongly suggest that you update it to the 09 kit that comes with an upgraded shaft. This will allow you to go for 200 hours between re-builds.

Not a lot of mods needs on that ski as it is one of the fasted production skis out there. I have the 09 version of it myself.

You can do some pretty cheap things that will help. Larger intake system, minor impeller changes, nozzle angle plate..

Ya I read something about ceramic washers, but I have no idea where they are or where to get them. As for the 09 kit. Is there one place I can purchase this stuff? I do like my ebay :) And yes I'm very interested in learning about the cheap mods I can do to help.

I found "exhaust spacers" on ebay for the 90$ and on an actual site but couldn't find any info on what it actually did or if I needed other mods to match with it. I already bought a muffler delete but haven't put it on yet. And I wanted an hks bov in hopes I could get it to somewhat sound like my turboed car. Maybe this isn't the place to ask all of this info lol if not I'm sorry

SC parts are pretty cheap for what they are/do. The tools can run 300 to 400. We offer a rebuild service here at the site. Pretty good deal as you have the backing of this site and use quality parts. I will post the link for you in a moment. Ceramic washers break apart and the ceramic parts go into the engine and destroy the engine. Because you have 100 hrs it needs rebuilt no matter what.

Repairing and selling iPads, iPhones and Mini iPads.
