GTX Paddle Wheel?

I'm looking for the complete paddle wheel assembly for the 1997 GTX. This is the type with the lake sensor built in and has a three wire connection.

The part was not specific to just the GTX, but for many models in that time frame. If you have one, would like to sell it, let me know via PM, and from what year and make it came from so I can check out the part numbers.
