Time to lift. I had the guys that are doing repairs on my house install a beam in the open part of the garage.

it should sell in that price range, however, I've had the same model, 04, 82 hours, new seat, very clean: its been for sale for 3600 for 4 weeks now with two tire kickers and no buyers....
also, with no ECU, how would you know there aren't other issues ?

Two Seadoo RXP-X 255 - $9700 (West Palm Beach)
Two matching 2008 Seadoo RXP-X 255 HP with a 2013 aluminum continental trailer.
Both skis are used and show wear that's why the great price. However they both run extremely fast and well, both are primarily fresh water use they were always covered on a lift on our fresh water lake. Both skis run up to 70 MPH on the speedometer and keep pulling so I want to say they go faster.
2008 RXP-X #1 102 Hours
This ski runs extremely well and has zero issues. It has many upgrades including billet steering system, racing bars, free flow exhaust Riva, free flow intake Riva, upgraded seat Riva, Blow off valve, upgraded supercharger wheel, upgraded impeller, and many other modifications not listed. The supercharger was just rebuilt and the ski absolutely rips. This ski also has many other modifications I'm unsure of.
2008 RXP-X #2 201 Hours
This ski will need some simple repairs but runs great as is.
The supercharger maintanence light just came on so it will need to be addressed and the trim system VTS is stuck in neutral so if you like playing with the trim it will need to be replaced but worked great with out it. This ski also has upgrades including rear exhaust, upgraded supercharger wheel, intake, and many other modifications that are unknown. The hood has some damage to the plastic so if you're after a perfect ski it will have to be replaced. Our dock sits high so the hood has rubbed it a few times.
This package is extrememly well priced for quick sale. We can seperate the skis if necessary along with the trailer. Please don't call offering me low prices or waste my time, I'm selling these skis for a client and will politely ignore low ball offers or questions asking for bottom price. Come look at the skis, hear them run, test them in the water!

well, by accident, I ended up selling both of my ski's last night. Guy and Girlfriend stopped by to look at my gtx for sale and ended up making a very fair offer on both ski's on the trailer.
First time in 7 years that I don't have a ski to ride. both happy and sad about it, but the stack of benjamins made me feel pretty good.

it might take me a bit to find what i'm looking for, which right now i've narrowed it down to gprxp conversion, 2nd choice gpsho, I just missed out on one that sold over the weekend for $5500, if It had been for sale today I would have closed my office and drove up there. (really bad timing, but maybe in the long run it will work out in my favor)
its possible i'll find a go-between ski between now and when I find the right conversion but the last time I bought a go-between I owned it for 2 years.... In the meantime i'm exploring some 2 stroke part outs to keep me busy.

ya, that was a friggen great price, especially for that particular hull, the black on black IMHO is pretty much a 9.9 out of 10 from an aesthetic view. Personally I can't stand the white hulls, they look "old" if that makes sense, its just not for me. I'd rather have a 06/07 black hull with black cowling, and i'd most certainly rather have one that had DCC's fingerprints all over it vs some shadetree mechanic that built his first conversion, duke knows his chit. Actually after talking to a friend about it his exact quote was "you don't want one that wasn't built by duke" (I don't wrench I ride, so I need something that was done right the first time)
honestly, how can you not find this thing to be beautiful ? Added bonus low 80's "as is" which is about 10mph faster than I even want.
