Rode for about three hours on the lake. Had lunch at Shooter then rode for another hour.

That's my daughter, she just completed the required boat course.

I was impressed with the GSX, it hit 59 mph with her driving. My RXT-X hit 72 mph

CJ,
How do safely tie up at Shooters? I have been contemplating throwing an anchor out to keep me away from the wall.
I haven't done it yet though. Have only gone there by boat so far.
What's your trick? Can you use the lifts at the rental place?

At one end or the other the up and down rubber bumper they have installed will protect the ski. I bought folding fenders and flop them off my handle bar area. They do a good job. I always tie my second ski off the side of the first ski we tie to Shooter. I always tie off right at one of the ladders so we can easily climb up and go through the gate..

I installed pop-up cleats just last week so I will use them now instead of my steering wheel...

Give me 5 minutes and I will take pictures of the fenders and the cleat...

Here is the fender,

And the hook on the back side that grabs the rub rail,

And on the ski. You can use the rubber block and put it inside the storage compartment it the metal hook if you have something to hook to. I can use the hooks or the blocks as there are metal mounting brackets for my steering column.

Here is a pic of the cleats I installed.

I have those same Hull Huggers. They work great for a large horizontal surface to fend off of. I also have the bungee style dock lines.

I have 4 of the huggers. I will put them all on my dock side and then just tie the two skis together.
