Exhaust over heating

I’ve got a 2010 rxt 215 that’s been sitting for 2 years. Replaced the 2010 drive shaft with the updated 2011, replace wear ring and impeller, and put a riva thru hull exhaust on it. Went to fire it up today and had water spraying from the yellow “L” fitting on the clear hoses that go to the jet pump and my exhaust was over heating fairly quick. Need help!!!!! Ill attach pictures of where the water is spraying from

looks like you are missing a hose clamp on one side.

You’re right that’s just a zip tie, I took the hose off to see if it was obstructed and it wasn’t. I’m not getting water to my exhaust and water is shooting out of that yellow “L” fitting out the small hole

Those are the bailer pick ups.

Why would one be spraying water out of it when hooked up to a hose?
