ok so from my other thread was told there should be a bolt here but i looked at the manual and only the SP shows the bolt going in.
i have the SPX and i doubted the manual so took the entire exhaust out because i just couldnt get the bolt in so i thought the previous dude broke a bolt in there so i had to take the manifold out and here is what i see:
it doesnt look like a broken bolt but the hole is really blocked almost like a weld.
so what should i do? the exhaust pipe hole does match up to the manifold so should i tap this so i can put a bolt through?
good think i took it off anyway cuz the starter is missing a bolt (PTO side) on that little bracket so i will go get that from home depot, part #23 - HEX. SCREW M8 X 16.

also why was there 2 gaskets on between exhaust manifold and the engine for the mag side and only one on pto side? what should i do? should i keep them the same? they gaskets are in good condition
here is what i though is a broken bolt...
should i tap this out and put get the tool to put some thread in there and get a bolt? 2 pics below is where the bolth should start going in...the attached pic is the other end where bolt comes out
