I've never seen one that cheap so I guess. However those have horrible resale, many people say those are worthless so it's anyone's guess.

I don't think you'll make money flipping it but if you're looking to buy one you won't find a freshwater one cheaper.

I think it's because they are low resolution pictures pulled off google and then blown up to a larger size.

Also no reg. numbers. The last one of these I replied to we came up with a price and a delivery date. I wrote him back and said, "I've recently been contacted by an attorney in Nigeria that unknown to me a rich uncle had died and left me 3 million, and I have forwarded him 3500 for processing the paper work, as soon as I receive the 3 mil. I will forward payment." I never heard another word.
