Checking oil pump working properly

Hello there , I have a 1990 seadoo sp with a rotax 580 in it, im just curious if its ok to run premix in it just to make sure the engine is getting oil. It currently still has oil pump in it im just not seeing the oil level lower . I've rode it about 2 hrs so far . How fast do these engines consume oil . I would appreciate any insite thnx

Yes it’s safe to also premix. Worst case is you would foul a plug.

If you ran it for 2 hours the oil injection works or you would have seized the engine.

You can get 5-6 fuel tanks to one oil tank.

hi I have a 1993 spx . just rebuilt carb with mikuni kit . it started and ran fine for a 1/2 hur , now it has a runaway idle. pop off is at 26 psi . does anybody got a clue ???
