so doin this rebuild this weekend... is there a hsa/lsa on both carbs..mag and pto? or is it just on the mag carb?

The screws are on each carb, are those colorful lines USCG approved? I was advised to get fuel line with braided something, I used 10 inches of clear/braided for everything at the motor and followed with black normal autozone lines the rest of the way to the tank/s.

cool voodoo... i am using the black stuff from autozone....its braided... also since there is both adjustments on both carbs... do i set them the same i think at bottomed out lsa @1 1/4 turn out and hsa @ 1/4turn out? something like that? and fuellineguy's stuff is probably uscg approved, his stuff is pretty legit!

Same on each to get started, I use a plate with bubbles from my much younger motorcycle days to match the carbs idle and flow rates, I do not know what that thing is called but it has a tilting tube and the rising must match from carb to carb, I found it in toolbox when my daughters boyfreind showed up with a 3carb polaris jetski about 5 years ago, once we got that thing going I became hooked on the jet drive, spent many years as a blo-boater, so nice to drive to the dock.

The carbs aren't too bad to work on. Are yours badly corroded or relatively clean? You might need an impact driver for the 2 screws inside the fuel chamber by the needle and seat. Behind that aluminum part is a small check valve. The rest of the screws come out easy with a good no2 phillips or a good flathead to break them loose.
