A guy at work says a friend of his has a JetSki. A box That sits in the water the water That pulls a Skier. The controls is on the ski rope handle

i remember they used to advertise them in the waterski mags as a way for you to get out and ski without having to have someone drive for you. not terribly successful i don't think.

It wouldn't be under the current laws. It would need a USCG exemption.
