any thoughts on this ? Is is that much better than regular spark plug ?

I wouldn't waste your money. It's a misleading photo showing it sparks like that. You would need a much bigger IGN coil and even then it's only going to jump where it wants.
The gap looks huge too. At the claimed 3% and 5%, you wouldn't notice it.
I just installed NGK Iridiums in both my GTI LE RFI'S and it made a noticeable difference in starting and acceleration.
 
Any performance increase you notice from a spark plug is all in your head. The only thing that the iridium plugs do is prevent fouling a little more although if your jetting and carbs are correct you won't foul plugs anyway.
The best and cheapest plugs are BR8ES in any 650 and larger seadoo.
 
The OEM plugs work fantastic. If you find that yours are not, there is another issue.

Absolutely true with ANY machine. I tend to use ir plugs when I plan on keeping the toys I get. Stick to NGK too. No plug has ever been better for my dollar and my customers dollar.
