After Winter- No Start or readings on dashboard. Any ideas?

Thank you guys in advance

I've just cleaned the boat, change oil filter, change spark plugs, new O-rings, recharged battery (12.9 reading)

But when I clip the lanyard key..I get nothing.. Should I replace the Lanyard Key or maybe the DESS Key or ECU?

Any suggestions HIGHLY APPRECIATED

Try cleaning the contacts on the lanyard post and inside the lanyard key itself. An alcohol prep pad will do wonders sometimes. And just for grins and giggles, make sure the battery switch is turned on and fully seated in the proper position.
