Add oil to jet?

Does anyone add some oil to the bearings in the jet pump on a 2014 RXT 260? I grease mine like they say to but none of the grease is near the bearing once you run it.

No oil. Just pack the bearing with grease before you press it into the pump.

Only if you want to destroy the chemical properties of the grease, and then the bearing.

Remember, it's the oil in the grease that lubricates the bearing.

I'm sure your correct, FYI I bought a repair manual and it says to put 23ml or .8oz us grease in the bearing and the same in the cone and reassemble, this amount is really about half the tube you buy from BRP, the picture in the manual shows the cone being filled with a syringe and it is completely 'full' of grease in the picture, strange because if you use the entire tube it fills it exactly the way it shows.
