Need some knowledge. Got this ski running after sitting 2 years. Ran out old gas, added new, total run time about 2 hours with no problem. Next time out engine starved for gas. Runs 2K rpm or less okay, above that the engine bogs down, dies under throttle, drops to idle if no throttle. Found and cleaned "river mud" looking crap in fuel filter with no effect. Assuming I have a restriction somewhere in the fuel supply. Two questions; What does this ski use for a fuel pump, is it vacuum driven? What part of fuel system is most likely to be restricted with this "mud" buildup? Thanks for any insight or info.

Welcome to the seadoo forum. Be sure the fuel lines are allowing fuel to get to the carbs. It could be a clogged internal filter in the carb. You might need to pull the carbs off and clean them to get the gunk out. For the future you might also add your seadoo year and model to your avatar.

Do you still have the, "Grey Lines"? If so, change them out right away. Go to your local auto part store, Autozone, Advance etc, and by some 1/4" black fuel line. About 18' will do the trick, it your fairly accurate. Change one at a time.

Clean the fuel selector switch!

Pull the carbs, and either rebuild them with a kit from SBT or you can clean the parts carefully and re install them. You need to pay close attention to the micro mesh filter inside the carb. They'll probably be filled with black gunk. It's recommended that you replace those internal filters.
