97 gtx need help

ok here is my problem it wont idle and if you get on gas slow it bogs a lil then sometimes takes off and some times it dont but if you get on the gas fast it runs like a top and if it is bogging from pushing the gas slow if you let off it and get right back on the gas fast it goes good like it should ok this is what i have done so far to it changed all the fuel lines cleaned the carbs twice changed fuel selecter put in line fitler in and cleaned the inline filter that was already on there set the highside on the carbs to 0 and low side to 1 1/4 set the idle cable out as far as it will go so it cant adjust it no more any help please

Have you replaced the gray fuel lines if it has them? Have you cleaned the carbs and fuel pump? What is the compression too? it should be idealy at 150 psi.

Gray lines are done compression is 135 in both it was running very bad till i cleaned the carbs the first time and then went back in them cause it is doing as i said in firrst post thinking maybe i missed something but im sure there clean now

set the idle to 3k out of water. Pull the airbox off, and if you have the xcellerator pump on pto carb, then move throttle while look'n down carb, make sure it sprays fuel. Remove the "extra" inline filter, its not needed, or remove the oem inline one, possible, you have bad o-ring in there.

i have the idle screaw set out as far as it will go

it idles at about 900 to 1000 rpms but wont idle long and then dies but will start right back up

turn it "clockwise"...idle screw.

ok is the idle screw the screw where the cable hooks on the bracket?

the idle and low speed adjuster both have a "T" top to them, but the idle sits at an angle, near the throttle plate.
