Ok so this just started this year, I put a fully charged battery in the ski and it cranks maybe one or two times out of the water, then after that it clicks when you try to start (the engine) like it begins to turn and cant keep goin then also in the rear black electrical box, its almost like a vibrating sound if you hold the start button after the engine clicks. So the first things that came to mind were the starter, starter relay, or bad or coroded cables.
Help Me!

Load test starter & battery, clean & dielectric grease the cables if not corroded,
replace lugs and marine shrink wrap the ends if they are. 787's eat starters, batteries
once they become sulfated are useless. What compression do you get? The fuel
system is the most frequent cause of engine failure, so get it cleaned up and read
the posts here for best enjoyment this summer! Read & understand your service
manual too.
