Dr Honda Well-Known Member Mar 30, 2012 #2 Start in the center, and work out in a criss-cross pattern. Torque to 9 Lb/ft. then re-torque to 17 Lb/ft. I recommend putting a little lube on the bolts (or anti-seize) to help them torque correctly.
