2012 Seadoo gtr ibr unit replacement

I just replaced my 2012 gtr 215 ibr unit with a new one. I cleared all the codes and synced the ecm to the new ibr unit but when I try to activate the new ibr, nothing happens. When I am in activate actuators mode on my laptop it will not get the ibr to move. Fuses are good. Ski is on and my laptop is speaking to the elm clearly and the ecm is talking to the new ibr unit. Am I missing something ?

I am not sure but if your using a Candoo Pro I don’t believe it has the the capability of activating a new IBR.

You need it calibrated
Candoo pro can’t do it
