Hi Guys

I live in South Africa, and i was just wondering, i am purchasing a RXP X JETSKI in a few days because i cannot find the RXT anywhere, and from anybody with experience with the RXP X are they able to tow tubes and ski riders with ease?

I ask because i currently have a 3 seater GSX 1000 cc ski and it pulls quite easily, but i know the RXP is only a two seater.. so any input on this would be greatly appreciated

I also wont be using it in rough water, will be still waters like a dam or lake.

Thanks

Towing Tubes

The RXPX will easily tow a tube. The problem, at least in the US is this; laws require an observer to pull a tube, which means 3 people, so unless you are on a private lake or pond, you would need a ski capable of carrying 3 people.

This may be different in South Africa, but I would check this out before buying a 2 person ski.

Yes the law here also requires a 3 seater for towing, but it wont be used anywhere public.

thanks for the response guys, so it will be stable thats all i wanted to know

It's going to be as stable as any other ski.

New 2 seat skis are bigger than any of the old 3 seaters. (and heavier too)

It will easily do it. My buddy has a 2008 GTI with only the 130 HP and it easily pulls someone on a tube.

Stump Puller

It'll pull a tree stump out of your yard. Tie a line to a stump and the other end to your RXP-X, hammer down in your neighbors pool. Depending on local laws somebody might call the cops.
