2008 Challenger 180 Recovering seats should add any foam or??

As title says 2008 Challenger 180 just got my Jet Armor vinyl. Should i add 1/4 - 1/2 foam on the seats or just cut old vinyl off and install new. Some of the old vinyl had some thin foam sewn to it.

Skigs - when I replaced my 2012 cushions a few years ago with the remaining OEM stock I could find online, I was doing it primarily to get rid of any discoloration or cracks the old vinyl had. However, once the replacements were installed, I realized just how compressed the old foam had become. The new cushions felt new....and firm. Less rolling around for your passengers in corners..etc. Having that experience, I would think you would want to bring the cushions back to OEM specs - by either adding foam or replacing it altogether.
