Hello all, Im working on my Seadoo GTX 4-tec and its showing error P0462 on startup, the fuel low and sensor message. Iv checked out everything in the manual and its showing correct ohms with what I approximate in the tank. its showing 18 ohms which sure is low, but still don't think I should be getting the sensor message. Already tried clearing it multiple times with candor, is there anyway around it? I tried placing the 40 ohm resistor like I saw in one post but that only lead to a check engine light. Any other options besides paying $1300 for a new MPEM? Thanks!

If you find another solution I know a few people that would like to know, including myself. I have the same issue

I tried a new fuel level sensor and that didn't change a thing. I have a different MPEM Im gonna test to see if that is the issue. Ill try to post back with the result. But if it goes away, I honestly might just delete the beeps and deal with the code message. Before I could clear it for a few mins and get a fuel gauge but it would always go back to the broken way.

Yeah, I tried a different MPEM and it had a tops failure then but then also was still showing fuel error code just can't remember which one so maybe in the harness but I highly doubt it at the point as iv gone through and cleaned connections and all.
