1999 speedster sk wont start

i took speedster out both engines started fine sound good ran good then one started having problem like it was going to quit,and then it started to get loud and then quit so i to a look and all the bolts where out of where the exhaust hooks to manifold and there was water all over the engine so took back to the house i repaired broken bolt and bolted back the exhaust but now want start,i checked to see if it was getting spark and it was,but would not fire,any help would great i am mechanical but dont know much about seadoo engines.thanks

i'd leave plugs out forwhile,cylinders might be saturatedw/water,spray wd-40, if,donethat, recheck compression..

tryed clean off plugs,they where wet,cleaned them,put them back and turned over nothing did it again still nothing the third time and it starded just for a second and then shut off.i tried several more times and it did the same thing,any help would be great.
