1999 gtx rfi performance question

I just put the seadoo in the water last weekend and started it up and noticed that it was choking a bit ok the performance whas fine ok 10 minutes later it started to choke and that was it i cant get the seadoo to go more than 10 miles hr it seems like its not breathing well i did check the jet pump it seems ok and changed the gas no luck can some one help mee on what i should doo.....thanks so much
