1997 Speedster tachs, speedometer, and fuel guage all dead

Have checked fuses front and back. Replaced burned 5 amp fuse in engine box, but no go. Wierdly, the "low oil" light comes on when I turn on the nightime running lights, but the oil level is fine. This boat is trying to kill me.

Should apply "Jewish lightning" to it or try to fix it? Please tell me there is hope. It's lots of fun........when it's working.
