I still have the temp sensor sitting in an envelope, haven't heard back.

Did you end up finding one somewhere ?

I found one in my garage, I thought I pm'd you on that. My bad Tim. Have you gone through that stash of parts? It looked like a freaking mega score

I had some issues aligning the pipe with the clamp. Does anyone have any tips on that for the future? I really had to fight that thing

didn't see a PM, no big deal, i'll put in back in the pile.

yes, megascore, already sold a good chunk of parts, started cherry picking the expensive, easy to sell stuff, which were all the kawasaki 1100 cdi's (7 of them), sold two yami cdi's to a local friend, have 2 more to sell when I get time to list. Sent 3 doo' MPEM's off for programming, have 5-6 more of those to deal with as well as some older non dess. After taking apart the hoods & more sorting I've probably got 18-20 gauges, 12 stators (mostly kawi). I think I have 7 fuel baffle's in a box, crap is everywhere !!!!

I have about a dozen sets of carbs in two huge boxes, a couple I can sell of locally but the rest are just sitting there waiting for me to decide where to start. I'm not a carb guy so i'm looking around for someone interested in taking on a big carb project, and sort through the crap vs rebuild-able stuff. Then next is the pumps... I have 5 in hand that are rebuilt, and I think 9 more that need rebuilt or tossed away. Sitting on half a dozen various impellers too.

5 core superchargers and 1 rebuild kit (that made me smile, $300 right there)

Threw out 4 hoods and 7 seats in the construction dumpster down the street, just took up too much space.

I just keep piling up and organizing stuff at night when the wife is working late, and I have 3 more 27 gallon crates that I haven't even started sifting through...

after all that I can figure out the polaris electronics (2 complete sets) then the evinrude/johnson stuff, apparantly the guy messed around with boat stuff too.

frustrating because the ONE thing I need is a 4tec throttle body and there wasn't one.. fkrs !

The Bombardier decals are awesome. The replica 95 nose decal is damn close to oem as well

I won't be installing ride side nose decal yet. I just wanted to have it in case I did eventually. I have some fading on that one from fuel spills

Did you get it lined up? You never told me anything about meeting up last weekend. I'm going to be tied up until after the first of the year. Unless maybe we can do it on a weekday.

I can meet during a weekday. I still need to align it. It's really close but I know it needs some tweaking

Ok one day next week is probably the only time I'm pretty booked up this week.

Negative, the ghosting was still there. They are dead on oem size lol

Everything in the hull will get a really good cleaning when I am finished. I managed to get grease and crap on everything haha

I can always paint the engine at a later date, I will never sell this ski. The exhaust was bad off and beyond cleaning up. If I paint the engine I want to do it right, taking it all the way down to bare metal and paint it right. This was something I was not ready to do at this time. No it's not perfect the way it is, but it's my ski and I am perfectly happy with it as is for now. I just enjoy being in the garage and working on this ski. This was the first time I've put a ski together or done half of the tasks I've had to do here. I have really enjoyed it and learned so much. One day I will probably take it back apart and paint everything back to oem but until that time I am 100% happy.
