I need to find a deal on a 25 pack of those beepers.

Love the progress Adam and the choices you've made along the way. It's the perfect "save".

anyone remember the radioshack part number on those
 
Put the new battery in, hit the start button anddddd click click

Starter worked 2 days ago but apparently it's decided to take a shi* on me.

It's not the solenoid, brand new. Jump it and it does nothing

Pull the plugs out and try again. Rock the drive coupler to make sure all is spinning freely.

Did you put a rebuild kit in the starter??
 
No, it bench tested fine. Stupid me trying to take a short cut. Bit me in the ass

Don't bother with the Amazon starter rebuild kits. I ordered 1 and it was missing one of the brushes then tried to have them order 2 more and all of them were missing parts. It was a pain to return them and try shipping another. Ebay was correct the first time.

I have a bunch of the Radioshack beepers, I ordered too many (15 I think) when they did their closeout sale. I think shipping was $7 if I ordered 1 or 15 so I just ordered 15 and got it over with.

I can include at least a half dozen if not more of them with your next order.

I think even with shipping they were still dirt cheap, about $3 each, for flips they are perfect IMO.

part # is 4-28VDC, I have one (actually 3) in front of me right now.

Picked up a hump seat cover to put on a hump seat with a bad cover I'm going to use some. Its got the seam and flap and everything. We'll see how it fits.

Yeah I saw that it sold today I was watching it. The AWD guy has always made cool stuff and it was nice to see he listed his NOS.

Spim thank you I'll take all the beepers you have.

Adam 1) check batt voltage. Even if it's new the ski could have a draw. If that is good make sure your ground cable did not snap and the bend where it bolts to the starter.

NP matt, make sure you send me a list tonight if possible so I can place my order, I have like 8 things I need right now. (do you still want a bunch of Fire extinguishers ?)

Yeah, he has a Facebook account to. It's a nice looking cover. I was gonna snap one up but in just not fond of the grain on the sides.

It's alive and running. I'll try to get a video posted when I get back home. Idles smooth and fires up easily
