Xp Limited 99 does not start!

Hi. I receantly buy a XP limited 1999, and it dosen´t want to start. I place the safety landyard cap on the switch and press the start switch and one long beep it´s heard. What things can be happenned on craft? And what can i do to know what can be the problem. Thanks fo any help.

Sounds like you have the wrong lanyard key. You'll have to take it to a dealer or someone with a programmer and buy a new lanyard key and have it programmed.

do you get two beeps when you first pu tthe key in then when you try to start it get a long beep?

You need a new battery .

when you put the key on do you get 2 short beeps then a long beep when you hit the start button? or do you get one long beep when you put the key on.
also Franklin the last key i had done cost me £140 to include key, programming, vat + shipping the box to the dealer.

No. I think i got the right key. Because it did start with it. But it start when it wants. But i never heard the two beeps. I didnt even knew it. I´m gonna take to a dealer. after that i comment the issue. Thanks.

No. I put the key, press the start switch and then get one long beep. I had never get the two beeps.
