Winterizing

PWC is all wrapped and sitting on trailer in driveway. I have been told to tilt the the PWC slightly back on a so the rough winter weather (ice,snow,rain) goes right off . Any truth to this or any ideas to keep the PWC in good shape even though outside. Do you keep concrete block under the wheel of the trailer or the blocks under the front of the trailer?

Sure, anything you can do to get the water to shed is good, if it puddles it will often leak through the cover and into the PWC.
