What should I put in my add when selling a doo??

I going to sell one of my RXPS and plan on posting an add in a few spots. What are some good things to put into the add that may help the buyer.

How many hours it has. What maintenance it has had done. Whether or not it has been used n salt water. How much you want for it and lots of pics. I would probably put the NADA and KBB prices in as well.
