2002 gtx 4 tec have a water leak that appears to be coming from the rear left side by a hose. thought it might be leaking around/thru the auto vacuum siphon pumps if that make any sense. is there a site i can go to that has a diagram of this rear wall and what goes thru it. last year had the wear ring replaced and would think the leak would not be in this area - but?

hi ncjoe, i am an amateur at working on seadoos but i found a diagram of the cooling system which shows the pump support. it is attached to the "rear wall" and it has 2 hoses coming from it. one of them goes to the top of the j-pipe and the other one goes to the bottom of the exhaust manifold. here is the link http://partsfinder.onlinemicrofiche...ke=seadoopwc&a=160&b=16&c=0&d=-COOLING-SYSTEM

your leak will probably be from the carbon seal though. it is #9 on the following diagram. here is that link http://partsfinder.onlinemicrofiche...60&b=10&c=0&d=-PROPULSION-SYSTEM---DRIVESHAFT

hope this helps

I had a similar problem last season. I found it by backing the ski down the boat ramp, removing the seat, storage tray, air vent tube, and then starting it up. Water was coming in from the O.P.A.S. valve (it's just above the jet pump) due to a rolled seal.

Don't forget a flashlight.
