quick question, on the Spark it turned over, after righting had water in hull, it fired up and ran but water in hull, other than pulling it up on trailer is there a bilge pump? will it come out if ran at speed like my boat? first PWC and slowly learning

The ski "should" self bail when running at speed (there is no "bilge" pump...it works via suction/siphon action)...assuming all the parts and hoses are connected properly inside the hull and the water inlet openings (in the bottom of the hull inside) are not clogged with debris.

Unfortunately, the SPARK design doesn't allow you to see inside the hull without taking the top deck completely OFF.

self bilge would that be thro the flushing hole, we had put a plug in this first time out not knowing any better

NO, the self "bilging" actually flows out another orifice higher up above the jet pump area and through the hull. The water literally gets sucked out of the hull.....in theory, if everything is working properly.
