Hi,
I have a tower on my boat with a stainless steel 2 board wakeboard rack on either side, we only ever have 2 boards on the boat at any time, so i was wondering whether it would be possible to convert the other rack into a knee board rack by simply grinding out the middle bar of the rack to leave one large opening rather than shell out $150 for a special kneeboard rack.
Anyone already done this? I assume that how knee board rack came into being in the first place.
Would a regular angle grinder do the trick? I know I would have to file off the rough edges afterwards.
Thanks
