Hey guys i know the capacity is 40 Gal. But what are our fuel tanks made of? Aluminum, Stainless or what?

Although I didn't actually check the composition, mine looks like it is made of plastic. If you remove the storage wells under the rear seats it's right there (at least on my 185).

Yep..Plastic

Yeah mines plastic too.....The label on my tank says 44 gallons.

plastic but not fiberglass right? so we are ok with the E10?

All gas in Florida has "Up to 10%" ethanol in it. Its fine with plastic. I use the new "Sta-bil Marine" in my fuel. Its cheap insurance against a major fuel issues. barneys of St Pete says they get several boats per week coming in for major repairs because the fuel doesnt keep very long anymore. Sta-bil Marine is highly recommended.

yeah ive been using the same stuff and i have notice an improvement! Sta-bil marine ethanol formula.. Just a thought that popped in my head
