This one has the forward angle and the bars mount on top. I put a new bearing on the bottom and it spins smooth without any slop. On the bottom where threads and a nut used to be it has been drilled and tapped 3/8" 18 with a ss bolt holding the arm on the bottom. $400 shipped in the US only.
