Triton double trailer

Ive got a 2016 Triton Elite double trailer, and need to replace one of the winches. The problem I'm running into is the winch mounting plate is 3" wide and has to fit in between the two arms for the roller, but every winch I find is 3.5". Anyone know where to find one?
