Ski sucked up trash at the lake..wouldn't run above 5 mph with out vibration..couldn't shake the trash loose so decided to have friend tow us home with his boat..all fine UNTIL...caught a wave and flipped it over. We got it turned over but it had broken the cowling where it wouldn't seal and took on a ton of water covering the engine in the 3 miles of rough water back to the dock.

Got in on lift and water drained / oil changed pulled plugs and spun engine until dry., put plugs back in (rough start and shut down..pulled plugs again and back cylinder is still spraying water ???

Is it spraying water, or coolant?

If water, you don't have it all out yet. Look at the oil again, is it milky or clean. If clean, get to the ramp and start it up and let it run up to temp. You NEED to boil out the residual water. If milky, change it and the filter again. and again after that if needed. I have see it take 4 oil changes before the oil i no longer milky.

Once at the ramp and it has run a bit, then you need to launch it and run it fairy hard for 30 minutes to FULLY get the block hot enough to get rid of the residual water. Then, check the oil AGAIN,,,

Before you do all that, remove the intake manifold and drain the water from it.
