i did leave it on the trailer and put it in the water but when i started it no water came in the hull only when i take it out the water comes in i guess i will have to take the seat off and take it out but it fills up really fast so it will be a short ride thanks

Possible damaged carbon seal
if the carbon seal was damaged how fast would the water come in the hull because it fills the hull real fast what ever it is its pumping the water into the hull if i have it on the trailer theres no water coming in only when i ride it

Really fast. As that is the coupling between the pto shaft and the fiberglass hull

It sounds like you have an exhaust cooling hose maybe off, if it is filling up with water that quickly. Maybe the leak isn’t totally obvious or large enough with the ski just idling on the trailer in the water, and it is under acceleration on the lake that you notice the hull filling with water? I would touch, pull, inspect every hose clamp and hose from the back of the hull where it connects to the jet pump, to the exhaust manifold, and then to the muffler box and out of the ski. You can have a leak before the exhaust manifold that fills the ski with water, but then you would typically get an exhaust overheat warning. So I think your leak is after the manifold, maybe in the muffler area, and somehow water is not exiting the ski. Riding with the seat off is maybe needed, and might need a buddy to kneel at the back of the ski and look down inside with a flashlight to see if they see water coming in while accelerating. Hope you can find the leak!

Have you been running the ski on the trailer for more than 2 minutes?
