water in hull

i have a problem when i take my sea doo out within 5 to 10 minutes the hull fills up with water and it almost sank it but when i leave it on the trailer and back it into the water where its all in the water and i start it up no water comes in the hull only when i have it on the lake and running it out there it fills up with water i appreciate any help i can get thank you
what hose pumps the water in through the motor because whatever it is thats filling up my sea doo hull its pumping it in from somewhere and not pumping it out

Leave it on the trailer, back it into the water and start the engine.
That may allow you to see where it's coming from.

Or take the seat off and take it for a ride.

i did leave it on the trailer and put it in the water but when i started it no water came in the hull only when i take it out the water comes in i guess i will have to take the seat off and take it out but it fills up really fast so it will be a short ride thanks

if the carbon seal was damaged how fast would the water come in the hull because it fills the hull real fast what ever it is its pumping the water into the hull if i have it on the trailer theres no water coming in only when i ride it
