Ok.. So I started with looking into the GTI 130.. Then went to the 155.. Then went to the 215.. And now I am looking at the RXT 260.. Went to a dealer that hooked up my Lt. and the guy had 1 Sea Doo left in stock.. a 2011 RXT 260.. I told him that another dealer had a GTX 215 for around 13500 with a trailer and somehow this guy was able to get very close to that number for the RXT 260.. I talked with a guy for a while and expressed concerns with the supercharger and he said that it was a problem but Sea Doo has corrected the issue that the pwc's were having with the washers or whatever.. So idk.. I am thinking about making the jump.. I mean the RXT has everything the GTX has plus the extra power.. The only thing I might see is if the other dealer will come down dramatically with the price of the GTX 215.. Then maybe I will just grab that.. But 0-30 in 1.7 seconds on the RXT sounds pretty sweet lol..

Keeps getting better and better lol.. Was looking online when I saw an ad in NY for a RXT 260 for 11,400.. Gave em a call to see what kind of price they gave compared to this place iwas just at and he came back saying that if I was interested he had 10 RXT-X 260's in stock.. Some guy supposedly ordered 10 and the deal went to crap so they are stuck with them.. Said he would do the same price of 11,400.. Claims he can do a price of 12,908 out the door including ski, trailer, freight/prep but not including sales tax.. I would have to pay for that in my home state.. Thats not a bad deal considering MSRP is like 14,400..

Sounds like a good deal on a sweet ski. for me its just hard to justify like 12 grand for a jetski. Ive seen NEW Sea Doo boats go cheaper than that.

Why does some one order 10 jet skis at the same time? I bet the dealer got a hefty deposit and kept it, that's why the price is a bit lower than normal.

Where in ny?

I have never specifically looked in NY. But I have seen them in past years. I have seen 2 new Speedster 150's go for under 12500. Both were 2 years old new left overs. With the way the economy has changed the last couple years I think dealers are stocking less and less inventory. The days of finding old but NEW stock are probably over.
