Tell tail flow

I have a 95 GTX and noticed it has no flow right after I start it up and also when I cut it back to idle after running. I checked the water lines and blew them out I did not find any restriction. How much water should flow at idle through the tell tail? What temp does the sending unit sound?

hot to touch....take-ur back out, and rip around, then pull seat off, see if your able to "keep" ur hand on pipe/motor.
