Water problems

I have a 2001 Seadoo gtx has the 951 engine.
My question is when I start in water and run the tattle tail no water comes out but if I run on hose pours out. I have removed hoses and blew thru them took valve on muffler it was clean. Has anyone on here had this problem?
Would appreciate any and all help thanks in advance

You have a blockage somewhere.
Running on the hose flushes the system in reverse so if something is plugged it might still flow water out the pisser.

Yes I believe that I check a lot of hoses blew thru exhaust manifold ck water flow from pump not sure where to go from here

The cooling water pressure when in the water is built up in the jet pump. If your wear ring is shot you may not have enough pressure to circulate water thru the system. Something to check anyway.
